Why do they keep putting lawns in these communities. Makes no sense. Great it’s pretty to look at, but still makes no sense. These houses look just like ours and no one is buying because the banks took their free Government Money and are sitting on it. Houses continue to plummet and people are still waiting for the bottom which is still a long ways off. A UNLV professor made an incredible statement the the Economy is the result of consumer “hoarding” their money. Clearly he was not speaking of the 135,000 Unemployed who have no money to “hoard”. And what the Government is not telling you is all those people who are losing their homes and all those jobless people who are defaulting on credit cards will not be able to spend for years down the road when the economy gets better because there credit has been restored. Unfortunately it’s not a great time to be a Realtor.
