It will be used as a winter get-a-way from lovely San Diego, which gets very cool during Nov thru Feb, for me, my family, and friends. I really feel I may have made an error in NOT checking Pegasus out first, since I would have been able to buy a lot, or a small home right on the airstrip -- with a place to park my Cessna Skyhawk.
