		<description>It is great to see that yet another program is being implemented to address the current foreclosure issue. The problem is that programs such as HOPE have a lot more &quot;bark than bite&quot;. Combine that with the fact that lenders/banks are un-equiped, understaffed and under educated to the &quot;real streets&quot; of real estate and are either too undecisive (or fail to do so in a timely manner) to stop the foreclosures at the source. This would save &quot;real&quot; money for EVERY party involved.</description>
